How to use these tiers

Tier lists on deadlyheist.wiki are opinionated snapshots for EcoCrashed’s Deadly Heist, not eternal law. Patches move gun feel and police density. Read the reasoning, then test in your own warehouse runs. Dive deeper in Weapons Tier List and Strategies Tier List.

If you are still learning the loop, finish getting started before optimizing ranks.

Weapons tier preview

We separate reliability, ammo efficiency, and high-star breakout power. Baseball bat style melee ranks high for low-star cleanup because it spends zero magazines. Mid-tier guns win when they reload honestly and hit hard enough to open a roadblock lane. Flashy tools that empty a clip into patrol armor sink until patches buff them.

Full placements and loadout pairings live on the weapons page, with links into loadouts and the Weapons Hub.

Strategies tier preview

We rank approaches:

  • Stealth-leaning openers for solos
  • Speed vault lines for experienced duos
  • Chaos splits for coordinated squads
  • Greed traps that look fun and die at four stars

Details sit in strategies, connected to wanted stars and how to escape.

Methodology

Ranks consider:

  1. Consistency across public servers
  2. Skill floor versus skill ceiling
  3. Ammo and attention cost
  4. Synergy with roles from team roles
  5. Fragility after known update patterns from updates

We do not rank scripts. Risky tools belong in scripts with warnings, not on a competitive tier graphic.

How tiers connect to tools

Before a ranked night, run the heist checklist and declare a star exit using the wanted reference. Then pick a strategy tier and a weapon tier that match—not an S-tier gun glued to an F-tier greed plan.

Updating ranks

When EcoCrashed ships weapon or AI changes, we revise these pages. Bring patch notes from community links and compare your deaths: was the tier wrong, or was the leave call late?
